By purchasing and installing any products offered by Arroway™ Modular Bracelets, LLC (AMB), you (the customer) hereby acknowledge and agree to the following legally binding terms:

 

PRODUCT USE ACKNOWLEDGMENT

You affirm that you possess the requisite knowledge to properly install and utilize our products. By doing so, you acknowledge that Arroway™ Modular Bracelets, LLC shall not be held liable for any damage to your watch or for any personal injury incurred during the installation or use of our products.

 

INSTALLATION RESPONSIBILITY

You assume full and complete responsibility for the installation of our bracelets. It is strongly recommended that you adhere strictly to all proper steps for attaching our bracelets to your watch. If you are uncertain about the installation process, we highly recommend seeking assistance from a qualified professional. Arroway™ Modular Bracelets, LLC expressly disclaims any liability for damages or injuries to persons that occur during or after the installation of our products.

 

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Arroway™ Modular Bracelets, LLC offers a limited one-year warranty (12 months) on our bracelets starting on the date of purchase, covering defects in materials under normal use. This warranty does not extend to damages resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse. Beyond this warranty, Arroway™ Modular Bracelets, LLC disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the durability, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose of our products.

 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arroway™ Modular Bracelets, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use or inability to use our products. This limitation of liability encompasses, but is not limited to, damages to property, loss of use, loss of profits, or any other economic loss.

 

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arroway™ Modular Bracelets, LLC, its affiliates, employees, and owners from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with your installation or use of our products or any violation of the rights of any third party.

 

SAFETY DISCLAIMER

Our bracelets are intended solely for use with standard watches. It is your responsibility to ensure the compatibility of your watch with our products. Arroway™ Modular Bracelets, LLC shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use or compatibility issues.
