Order Processing and Shipping Time
- All orders will be processed and shipped from our location in the USA. Your order will typically ship within 2 business days of purchase. (For pre-ordered items, please see the section titled Pre-Order Information.) Please note that this processing time is separate from the delivery time, which varies based on the shipping method you select at checkout.
- Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed over the weekend or on national holidays will be processed the following full business day.
Shipping Methods
- We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs. You can choose from various carriers, including USPS, UPS, and DHL. Expected delivery dates will depend on the carrier and the shipping method you select at checkout.
- Shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: For orders sent to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, we currently only offer standard shipping.
Shipping Address, Information, and Responsibilities
- Shipping Address Verification: Your shipping address will be checked by our Address Verification System (AVS) for security reasons and to ensure timely delivery. Please ensure you enter a valid address during the checkout process. If the address is not recognized, you will be prompted to change it. If you encounter any issues, please contact us for assistance.
- Valid Contact Information: For international shipments, please provide a valid phone number with the appropriate country code, and ensure your shipping address is correct. This is necessary for carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
- Delays in Shipping:
International Orders
- International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Our range of availability may increase as our business becomes more established. If your country does not appear in the list of countries at checkout, that means we are not currently shipping to your country. It is possible that we may add your market in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
- Responsibility for Charges: Duties and import taxes are not included in the cost of international orders and are the recipient’s responsibility. Please be aware that international orders may incur duties and import taxes determined by local customs authorities. Arroway™ Modular Bracelets, LLC does not cover these charges, which must be paid upon your shipment's release.
- Value-Added Tax (VAT): As of July 1, 2021, all orders shipped to the EU will require VAT to be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery. Other international orders may also incur customs duties upon reaching their destination. These fees are separate charges imposed by the destination country and are not the responsibility of Arroway™ Modular Bracelets, LLC.
- Compliance: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product can be legally imported into your destination country. As the importer of record, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Customs policies vary widely; we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. Please be aware that customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. You will be responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred during the importation of goods. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you, as we cannot predict or control these costs. If you fail to pay these charges, your order may be returned to us. Should you choose not to accept the product after a failed delivery attempt, you will still be responsible for the associated fees.
- Address Changes: Once the shipment has left our facility, we cannot accommodate address changes. If an address is deemed undeliverable due to customer error, any additional fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
